I will be attending the Festival at the ExCel in London on the 13th, 14th and 15th November 2015.
Talking about the production and design process for series 9 and also exhibiting the costumes that have been broadcast in that series so far.
Also, advising and and commenting on the cosplay costumes entered into the Festival.
