Introducing Screen Craft Guild Cymru
I’m writing this to introduce you to our new craft initiative in Wales. I hope you find it interesting. Ignore us until your adventure is over. It would be really wonderful if you approve of our new initiative.
Today marks the launch of Screen Craft Guild Cymru- a new initiative set up to champion the designers and craftspeople who shape what we see on screen across production design, costume design and hair and make up design in Wales.
The guild exists to support excellence, strengthen community and increase visibility of these craft disciplines within the industry.
Through the introduction of the Ember Awards, the Guild will also celebrate outstanding achievement across craft disciplines in film and television.
Membership is now open and we are inviting people to get involved on every level and we are inviting people to get involved at this early stage.

Attend our first social at the Atrium, Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama on Tuesday 19th May, 6-9pm
